Conceal was and still is a core spell used in Miracle Rogue decks - it is used to stealth Gadgetzan Auctioneer, making it hard to remove for one turn, which gave the rogue player option to cast a huge number of spells and draw most of his deck on the following turn.
Conceal is also commonly used to protect a gigantic Edwin VanCleef after it has been played, making sure the minion gets at least one attack before removal.

Conceal is most commonly used as a way to protect your minions Bloodfen Raptor, a simple minion card. A Beast-type minion, it has 3 Attack, 2 Health and a mana cost of 2. Minions are persistent creatures on the battlefield that will fight for their hero. Minion by preventing your opponent from trading A trade is the loss of one or more cards in exchange for the elimination of one or more enemy cards. Most often, trading refers to minions dying in combat, but the term may be for them. Conceal`s stealth A minion in Stealth Stealth is a minion ability which prevents that minion from being the target of enemy attacks, spells and effects until they attack or deal damage. They can, be that as it may, be the target effect disables any taunt The shield-like Taunt visual effect Taunt is a minion ability which forces the opposing player to direct any melee attacks toward enemy targets with this ability. Minions with Taunt (commonly referred to as Taunts) serve on the selected minions, and does not protect your minions from area of effect ( AoE Area of effect (AoE) is the term for an effect which affects all characters of the specified type. Conceal has great synergy with Doomsayer Doomsayer Set: Classic Type: Minion Rarity: Epic Cost: 2 Attack: 0 Health: 7 Abilities: Destroy Tags: Area of effect, Triggered effect At the start of your turn, destroy ALL minions. He s almost been right so many , together they make for a very cheap board wipe.
Conceal`s Stealth effect is removed by attacking. This has two major consequences:
- If you want to attack with certain minions, but still have them stealthed through your opponent`s next turn, you need to attack with them first, then use Conceal.
- If you want to stealth all of your minions except for certain ones (such as taunt minions, which you wish to continue taunting), use Conceal to stealth them first, then attack with them, removing the stealth effect and allowing to act as taunts next turn.
Notes
- If a minion already has Stealth when you cast Conceal, the minion will not lose Stealth on the next turn Hearthstone takes place in turns. Each turn gives a player the opportunity to act. At the end of each turn, play is passed back to the other player. A round describes one turn for each (assuming it has not attacked or otherwise had the effect removed). This is because it does not gain the `Conceal` enchantment.
- If your opponent casts Conceal then you steal an affected minion (such as by using Sylvanas Windrunner Sylvanas Windrunner Set: Hall of Fame Type: Minion Rarity: Legendary Cost: 6 Attack: 5 Health: 5 Abilities: Deathrattle, Take control Tags: Random Deathrattle: Take control of a random enemy minion.Sylvanas was turned into the Banshee ), the minion will still unstealth at the start of your opponent`s turn. (Before Patch 5.0.0.12574 (WotOG patch), it would unstealth at the start of the newest controller`s turn regardless of number of steals.)
- A minor bug causes the `Conceal` buff to not remove itself from a minion`s list of enchantments until the next turn, even if the minion attacks, losing the effect itself. If the minion afterwards gains permanent Stealth, such as due to a One-eyed Cheat activation, the buff will remove the permanent Stealth. ( Finicky Cloakfield Finicky Cloakfield Set: Goblins vs Gnomes Type: Spell Cost: 1 Abilities: Stealth Give a friendly minion Stealth until your next turn.See this card on Hearthpwn data page] Finicky Cloakfield is an uncollectible neutral spell card, also has this bug.)
